  • Analyze lead qualification methods and help define best practices as we grow out the qualification team
  • Identify relevant German sales targets (verticals, customer segments, etc) and gather key lead information in Europe
  • Brief sales teams to ensure the best possible handover and maximize client value
  • Ground floor opportunity with the team that shapes the strategic direction of the company.

Job requirements

  • Fantastic communication skills, with affinity for live contacts (phone/email)
  • You have gained some experience in Sales or Business Development, for example through prior internships
  • Fluent in German & English (company language is English)
  • Working knowledge of CRM systems and a willingness to learn even more
  • Rigor and organization (ability to manage tightly, over time, a large quantity of information)
  • Enthusiasm, fun and smile. This might be the single most important point, even if it’s the last 😉
